K is for Kilt! This Clan MacLeod kilt was worn by Ralph Caswell of Cornwall, circa 1950's - 1960's
L is for Life Preserver. This was a "Mae West" belonging Frank O'Donnell, a US Navy radioman, during the Second World War. It saved his life when the PBY he was flying in crashed over the Atlantic Ocean.
M is for Medals. This WWI Inter-allied victory medal (L) and WWII Victory Medal (R) are just two of the medals in our collection.
N is for Nature Center! This ceramic tile depicts the Museum of the Hudson Highlands on Boulevard in Cornwall on Hudson, NY. The Museum is now known as the Hudson Highlands Nature Center.
O is for Oven! This metal oven is 11.5" x 11.5" x 10" deep. It has a handle on top and a heating pan on the bottom. The thermometer on the front door has suggested cooking temperatures. The oven originally had a glass panel in front that is now missing. Unknown date.
Q is for Queen Mary. Sir Stephen Pigott, born in Cornwall NY, was knighted in 1939 for his contributions in developing the engines on the R.M.S Queen Mary.
R is for Ration Book. 1943 World War II Ration Book that belonged to Charles Paolini Sr.
